Eating yeast-free means not only avoiding yeast in our diet, but also starving the yeast organism of the medium it enjoys best, which are sugars and simple carbohydrates.
Yeast Free Diet Foods to Avoid:
Avoid all foods containing sugar:
• Any products containing corn syrup
• honey
• syrup
• fructose
• sucrose
• Avoid fruits in the first few weeks as they have a high content of natural sugars. Very sweet melons should probably be avoided altogether.
Avoid yeast-containing foods:
• Baked goods
• Cookies

Yeast Free Diet
As a part of a yeast free diet plan, there are many options for eating. While yeast and gluten and all sugars should be excluded from the diet, there are alternatives for each of these, which are both healthy and delicious.
Take sugar for example. A yeast free diet plan should contain no sugar. However, stevia is a natural alternative for sugar, actually a very sweet tasting herb that will not feed candida.
You can even make bread that is both yeast free and gluten free. So with a little planning, you can have both your health and good eats!
Anti Candida Diet
The purpose of an anti candida diet is to eliminate yeast overgrowth in the body. By removing any and all foods that promote the growth of yeast in the body, the yeast will eventually starve and die-off. While, an anti candida diet has strict restrictions, results can be seen within three to six weeks, and foods reintroduced back into the diet.
